Air Fryer Keto Pork Chop Cajun Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz pork chops (3 or 4) bone-in center-cut, or boneless (see recipe notes)
- 1 tsp avocado oil
Pork Chop Seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cajun powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Brush both sides of pork chop with a little avocado oil.
- In a small bowl, mix the pork seasonings together (this is enough for 3-4 pork chops) and apply to both sides of the pork chop.
- Place pork chop in air fryer and cook for between 9-12 minutes
- Optional: turning the chop over halfway, until it reaches a minimum temp of 145°F (depending your model of air fryer, some have air fryer over so they don’t have to turn it over. Also, exact cook time will vary depending on thickness of pork and your air fryer model)
